At All Blue Cards, we specialize in authentic Japanese One Piece trading cards curated for collectors. Every order is packed with care and shipped with the integrity of sealed collectibles in mind.
Shipping Rates (U.S.)
We offer flat-rate shipping based on product type:
Booster Boxes: $7.50 flat rate
Promo Cards & Starter Decks: $3.50 flat rate
Orders over $200 ship free
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Packaging & Handling
We pack all orders with collector care:
Sealed products are packed to protect factory seals and condition
Select orders may include tamper-evident packaging
Premium sealed items may be documented prior to shipment for quality assurance and fraud prevention
Sealed Product Policy
Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, all factory-sealed products are final sale once shipped.
This includes:
Booster boxes
Booster packs
Promotional packs
Any factory-sealed trading card products
Once a product’s seal has been opened or tampered with, it can no longer be verified as original condition. This policy exists to protect collectors and prevent resealing fraud.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
The shipping box
The sealed product
Any visible damage
We are happy to assist with legitimate issues and will work quickly to resolve them.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or refunds will not be issued for:
Opened or unsealed products
Dissatisfaction with pulls, odds, or expected value
Buyer’s remorse
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery
Important Notes
Shipping rates apply to U.S. orders only
International shipping is not currently offered
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped
